Food has been a passion of mine since I was a young child. Normalcy to us meant growing our own produce, raising chickens and gathering together with family as much as possible to share in home cooked meals where everyone had a hand in the kitchen.

It was always a celebration even if there was nothing momentous happening at the time, it was the simple fact that we were together, creating memories that have stuck with me through all this time.
