Food has been a passion of mine since I was a young child. Normalcy to us meant growing our own produce, raising chickens and gathering together with family as much as possible to share in home cooked meals, where everyone had a hand in the kitchen.

It was always a celebration even if it was nothing more than the simple fact that we were together, creating memories that have stuck with me through all this time.
